I'm sending you this email to thank you for all your help this year so that our income tax return was prepared, filed and already refunded!

| know | have not been an easy client (| think Juliana was the one who suffered the most with me), but everything is still very
new to me and | ask a thousand questions to try to understand the minimum of what is happening and what will need to be
done!

Besides this, other "fears" arise when we are in a new country and don't know exactly how things need to be done.

| know it was not an easy project (if | suffered, | can only imagine what you went through), but it was a great learning
experience for me!
