BIANCA KEGEL
Partner and Founder of Ace Advisors
With a career that began in 2001 in Boston, MA, Bianca Kegel is a highly qualified and experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in accounting and taxation.
She is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS with unlimited practice rights, similar to those of attorneys and CPAs. Over the past 12 years, Bianca has specialized in international taxation, gaining extensive experience in a wide range of tax scenarios, including corporate, individual, non-resident, dual-status, and expatriate tax returns.
Furthermore, she has delved into more complex areas such as pre-immigration and estate planning, withholding on the sale of foreign-owned properties (FIRPTA), corporate structuring and restructuring, among others. Bianca is also an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and currently resides in the state of Georgia, USA.
With her deep knowledge and extensive experience, Bianca Kegel and Ace Advisors are ready to provide customized and effective tax solutions to clients seeking to navigate the U.S. tax system with confidence and success.
JULIANA FURLAN ZENTI
Partner and Founder of Ace Advisors
A graduate of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a law degree, Juliana holds a postgraduate degree in Tax and Business Law from INPG and is a specialist in U.S. Federal Taxation from the University of Illinois. Further enhancing her qualifications, she completed the Advanced Federal Tax Course at the National Tax Training School, an advanced program focused on U.S. federal taxation.
With a professional career that began in 2007 in tax consultancy, Juliana has been exclusively dedicated to U.S. taxation since 2019, a field in which she has developed solid expertise. Her work is guided by a strategic and assertive approach, enabling her to provide tax guidance with high precision, security, and efficiency.
Juliana is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), one of the leading professional organizations in the U.S. tax field. Based in Florida, she remains committed to continually updating her knowledge and delivering excellent tax services.
Through her experience and specialized training, Juliana, along with the Ace Advisors team, offers innovative and customized tax solutions for businesses and individuals seeking tax compliance and optimization of their tax processes in the United States.
RAPHAELA FIOR
Tax Manager and Tax Advisory Specialist
Originally from Recife, Brazil, Raphaela Fior holds a Law degree from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. Six years ago, she established herself in Orlando, Florida, where she has been building her career with excellence and a passion for taxation.
Her professional experience in Brazil as an attorney provided Raphaela with a strong legal foundation, which she effectively applies in her current role. After moving to the United States, she discovered her deep interest in accounting and taxation, which motivated her to specialize in the field of taxes.
Approximately five years ago, Raphaela began her journey in the U.S. accounting and tax sector, focusing on the study and application of the complex American tax laws. Her dedication and competence led her to assume the position of Tax Manager four years ago. In this role, she combines her legal background with extensive knowledge of accounting and taxation, delivering tailored and high-quality solutions to her clients, with an emphasis on international tax compliance and maximizing benefits.
In addition, Raphaela is a certified Notary Public in the United States, further expanding the range of services she offers and ensuring comprehensive and reliable assistance.

KELLY LOPES
Specialist in Accounting and Tax Services
An expert in accounting and tax services, Kelly Lopes graduated in Accounting from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) in 2016 and earned a postgraduate degree in Finance in 2020. With over 10 years of experience in managing accounting and tax processes, Kelly has stood out for ensuring fiscal and financial compliance throughout her career.
Throughout her journey, Kelly Lopes has been recognized for her strong performance, professional conduct, and excellence in operational delivery. Starting as an intern, she advanced through dedication to supervising teams, building a solid career marked by a consistent pursuit of results.
Her expertise includes bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounting and tax routines, filing declarations with the IRS and Central Bank, tax collection, financial audits, balance sheet preparation, financial statement development, and additional reporting. Kelly takes pride in her professional growth and career accomplishments, always focusing on delivering accurate results while respecting people and the organization.

Pablo Lopes is a licensed attorney in Brazil since 2008, with a Law degree from Faculdades Integradas Claretianas de Rio Claro/SP. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, as well as several complementary courses in the legal field, which have further enhanced his knowledge and specialization.
With over 10 years of experience in a large-scale industry, Pablo Lopes has developed a solid background in process management, conflict resolution, and legal administration, equipping him to perform efficiently and competently in a corporate environment.
Currently, Pablo Lopes serves as the Office Manager at Ace Advisors USA, where he leverages his legal and administrative experience to ensure the smooth operation of the company. His role encompasses team coordination, support for the tax department, and optimization of internal processes, all with a focus on providing exceptional service to Ace Advisors’ clients.
